West Design are an innovative, dynamic organisation that has become one of the fastest growing companies supplying the art and crafts and stationery market in the UK and exporting their own products worldwide. The range of products includes many manufactured in West's production facility in Kidderminster, such as Blick and Gloo-booths, whilst West Design is the distributor and importer of major international brands such as Faber-Castell, Maped, Art Spectrum and Herma, including specialist arts and crafts products for activities such as scrapbooking, drawing and kids craft.
Based in Folkestone, Kent, their continuing growth has led to them recently moving to a larger warehouse, coupled with taking extra capacity at their manufacturing division in Kidderminster. The result of a number of recent acquisitions, West Design began with the purchase of West Design Products in 1997, followed by Film Sales and Royal Sovereign in 2002, and Simair in 2004.
