1. Deliveries
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY to mainland UK.
We will make every effort to dispatch orders placed before 3pm for delivery on the next working day. If you require your goods urgently please call 01303 297887 to confirm stock availability and same day dispatch.
However if these deliveries are delayed, howsoever caused, we shall not be liable.
Postage and Packaging:
- £5.82 for all orders below £40 excluding p&p charges.
- £FOC for all orders above £40.
- £26.95 for Saturday morning delivery for all orders below £40 excluding p&p charges.
- £22.00 for Saturday morning delivery for all orders above £40.
48 HOUR DELIVERY to Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Highlands
We will make every effort to dispatch orders placed before 3pm for delivery within 48 hours.
However if these deliveries are delayed howsoever caused we shall not be liable.
Postage and Packaging:
- £25.00 for all orders below £40 excluding p&p charges.
- £15.00 for all orders between £40 and £100 excluding p&p charges.
- £FOC for all orders above £100.
3-5 WORKING DAY DELIVERY to Ireland.
We will make every effort to dispatch orders placed before 3pm for delivery within 3-5 working days.
However if these deliveries are delayed howsoever caused we shall not be liable.

DELIVERY to Europe and the Rest of the World.
We will make every effort to dispatch orders placed before 3pm for delivery as soon as is possible. However if these deliveries are delayed howsoever caused we shall not be liable.
Postage and Packaging:
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address (specified at the time of ordering) and shall be made either by post, in which case the delivery shall take place when the goods are posted, or by carrier, in which case delivery shall take place when the goods pass over the tailgate of the carriers vehicle.
* Subject to distance and volumetric weight. We will contact you if necessary.
2. Returns
If, for any reason, you are not totally happy with your purchase please return it to us at Purple Nimbus, West House, Shearway Business Park, Pent Road, Folkestone, CT19 4RJ, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement item of the same value. Please note the return will be at your cost and the goods must arrive in resaleable condition. Please make sure you have proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything lost in the post.
We make every effort to ensure our products reach you promptly and in good condition. However if you feel the goods are not of satisfactory quality (“defective goods”) we must receive written notice of the defect within 3 working days of delivery to you. We can be contacted at
returns@purplenimbus.co.uk – please ensure you include your name, email address and order number so we can identify you quickly and as much information on the defect as possible. Please note we shall not be liable for goods which are not of satisfactory quality (“defective goods”) unless we receive written notice of the defect within 3 working days of delivery to you.
We will, at our option, repair or replace any defective goods or refund the price of such goods to you if we agree that the products are “defective”. Our decision is final. We shall have no further liability in respect of those goods once we have complied with this clause.
If you return goods to us other than in those above circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse such return or to make (in which case you shall pay us) an administration charge of 20% of the price paid for the goods returned.
3. Payment
Cards accepted are Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Visa Electron. Other types are not accepted.
4. Age Restriction
We are unable to supply goods to minors (under the age of 18), and therefore by accepting these Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you are aged 18 and over. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to give correct information.
All goods must be signed for on delivery, or collection, by an adult aged 18 or over. If the person receiving the goods looks under 21, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address, or able to make the collection, the goods (or some of them) may be retained. Should this occur, you would need to contact our Customer Services department to make subsequent arrangements.
5. Description of Goods
The Company undertakes that the goods it supplies are fit for their stated purpose. However, the Customer is responsible for determining the suitability of the goods for any particular use. The liability of the Company is limited as per section 6. Liability.
All descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by us and any description of illustration contained on our website (“description”) are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They do not form part of this agreement.
Due to differences in computer monitors, colours displayed may not accurately represent the actual colour.
We reserve the right to make any changes in the descriptions necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements or product specification changes.
We warrant that all goods promoted for sale by us are of satisfactory quality. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, we make no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.
Certain important safety information is provided by us in relation to the goods (on the goods themselves and/or in our catalogues). You acknowledge that you are (or before using or supplying the goods will make yourself) aware of this information.
6. Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We are not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) which you may incur for whatever reason, as a consequence of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions. This condition does not operate to exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Complaints
We make every effort to ensure our products reach you promptly and in good condition, and that the service provided to you is second to none. However, if you are unhappy in any way please contact us in complete confidence by post to Purple Nimbus, West House, Shearway Business Park, Pent Road, Folkestone, CT19 4RJ, or by email at
complaints@purplenimbus.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 7 days.
8. Other Conditions
The Company does not warrant that its goods do not or will not by their existence or use infringe the industrial property rights of any third party.
The Customer undertakes not to use the Company’s trademarks except in a manner approved by the Company and not without the Company’s prior written consent.
All other trademarks are the property of their respective holders.
The Company is not liable for any loss as a result of failure to deliver caused by or the consequence of fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, embargo, strike or failure to secure materials from normal sources of supply, or any circumstances beyond the Company’s control. The Company is not relieved from making delivery, nor the Customer relieved from accepting delivery once the interference has been removed.
