KIDS CRAFT KIT BY CREATIVITY FOR KIDS

2 SQUARE GLASS PLATES

Two square glass plates for you to paint.

Try the unique technique of reverse glass painting on these plates, measuring 8" x 8".

This Kids Craft Kit includes a brush, acrylic paints, display easel and a plate hanger.

Before you begin, wash the plates with warm soapy water, and dry them thoroughly. The paints included are non-toxic acrylic paints that dry permanently on most surfaces, and may stain clothes, so cover them or wear old stuff! Mix each colour thoroughly before painting. Before changing colours, rinse and dry your brush completely.

Paint on the back of your plates - if you are not sure what to paint, try drawing on a piece of paper first, or maybe tape a picture to the front of your plate and use it as a painting guide. Don't forget that if you want to add your name, or other writing, paint it in reverse!

Begin by painting the foreground, then the background - remember to turn the plate over and check how it is going! If you make a mistake, simply wash it off with soap and water, but remember, the longer you leave it, the harder the paint is to get off!

Once the plates are completely dry (approximately one week), you can display them on the stand and plate hanger included in your kids craft kit. Do not soak them in water. Clean with a damp towel and then dry.

Age 8 to 98.
